摘要
青年学生的思想教育工作在开展过程中,仅靠摆事实、讲道理是不够的,因为有些工作的难度较大,涉及工作对象的认知、情感、人生观、价值观的改变问题。要想真正有效地开展好这类工作,就应该从青年学生的心理特点出发,注意工作方法上四个方面的针对性:1、人格和自尊方面,要求公平对等,相互尊重;2、说服技巧方面,注意情感沟通;3、情绪激发方面,寻求兴趣点,诱导启发;4、工作人员的选派方面,做到角色合适,身份恰当。
Ideological education of young students in carrying out the work process, relying on the facts and reason things are not enough, because some of the more difficult job, involving the work of the object of cognition, emotion and life and values change problem. To effectively carry out such work,working methods should be focused on four aspects from the young students' psychological characteristics: 1. Personality and self--esteem, the requirements of a fair, equitable and mutual respect; 2. To convince the skills, attention to emotional communication; 3. emotional arousal, the search for points of interest, induced by inspiration; 4. The staff member is detailed, the possible role of suitable, appropriate identity.
