摘要
选用FeNiCrSiB为中间层合金,采用不同连接温度对珠光体耐热钢12Cr1MoV进行瞬时液相扩散连接,并对连接接头进行力学性能检测和微观组织观察,结果表明:当连接温度由1150℃增加到1200℃时,12Cr1MoV接头的抗拉强度和微观组织都得到了改善,并结合不同的微观组织状态讨论了连接温度对连接过程中液相最大宽度Wmax的影响作用。
Pearlite heat-resistant steel 12Cr1MoV was bonded by transient liquid phase bonding process using FeNiCrSiB as the interlayer alloy, and three different temperatures were selected. The microstructure and mechanical properties of TLP joint of 12Cr1MoV steel were observed. The results show that with the increase of the bonding temperature(from 1150 to1200 ℃), the chemical compositions of the joint become more and more homogenous and the mechanical properties of the joints become better. The effects of the bonding temperature on the Wmax is disscussed.
