摘要
不同压力条件下采用FeNiCrSiB中间层对T91/12Cr2MoWVTiB异种耐热钢进行瞬时液相扩散连接,结果表明:连接压力在其连接过程中起着减少扩散阻力,排除多余液相,提高连接效率的作用,随着压力的增加,由2MPa到6MPa,连接区域的宽度越来越窄,组织成分越来越均匀,接头性能也得到提高,同时连接压力的施加减少了完成等温凝固所需的时间。
The transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding pressure of T91/12Cr2MoWVTiB was carried out using FeNiCrSiB as interlayer under different bonding pressure. The effect of bonding pressure on TLP bonding process was analyzed. The results show that bonding pressure affect the final width of the joints. With the increase of the pressure, from 2 MPa to 6 MPa, the microstructure and mechanical properties are improved similar to those of the base alloy. A theoretical study reveale that the TLP bonding time can be reduced with the increasing of the bonding pressure.
