摘要
采用铸造余热空冷方法,通过加入Mn、Mo、B、Ti等合金元素,制备空淬贝氏体球墨铸铁。利用扫描电子显微镜分析了其显微组织,测试了其硬度、冲击韧度和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,贝氏体铸铁中石墨圆整,分布均匀,基体由贝氏体和马氏体组成。贝氏体球墨铸铁硬度可达52HRC,V型缺口冲击吸收功可达15~20J,摩擦系数小,耐磨性好。
Lower-alloy air quenching bainite ductile iron was fabricated by adding Mn, Mo, B, Ti alloy elements and air cooling of lingering heat of casting. Microstructure of the ductile iron was analyzed by SEM, mechanical properties was tested. The graphite spherule has good shape and well distributed on the mixture of bainite and martensit. The hardness of ductile iron is as high as 52 HRC, Charpy V-notch toughness reaches 10~11J, the ductile iron has excellent tribological properties.
