摘要
推荐了一种经铸造余热淬火的Cu—Cr—Mn低合金耐磨球铁磨球,测定了磨球的组织和性能,在研磨水泥熟料的球磨机上进行了实际装机运行的考核.结果表明:磨球的金属基体组织为贝氏体加少量马氏体和残余奥氏体,洛氏硬度可达42~55HRC,无缺口冲击韧性值可达4J/cm^2.经批量生产证明:该工艺可以节约能源、降低成本,尤其适合于金属型铸造.还分析了产生淬火裂纹的主要影响因素,提出了解决措施.
In this paper, a new alloyed ductile iron for grinding-ball quenched be lingering heat of casting are studied. It's structure, mechanical properties and application of it to mill are discussed. The experimental results show that the metal matrix of the wear-proof ductile iron grinding ball has bainite and a little martensite remnant austenite, the hardness
HRC 42~55 and the shock toughness 4J/cm2. The grinding-balls have lower cost,higher wear resistance and expectant serving life, especially it is suitable for metal mold casting. Author has also analysed some factors about existing quenching crack and put forword method for relaxing quenching crack.
