右室流出道起搏的现状和未来

摘要 右室流出道(RVOT)起搏由于具有对心脏结构和功能影响较小的潜在优势而倍受关注。目前关于RVOT起搏的研究结果尚存在分歧,其临床价值仍需长期大规模随机对照研究进行系统评价。本文就RVOT起搏的概念、定位方法、现状和未来发展进行了综述。
