摘要 目的:探讨AXL基因在颅内减压术切除组织、恶性胶质细胞瘤及脑膜瘤中的表达情况及其意义。方法:收集的31例人脑胶质细胞瘤标本,25例人脑脑膜瘤标本,12例颅内减压术切除组织标本。采用逆转录酶聚合酶链反应检测AXLmRNA的表达。结果:AXL在颅内减压术切除组织和脑膜瘤中表达呈阳性,但二者表达无明显差异(P>0.05),胶质细胞瘤中AXL的表达明显高于颅内减压术切除组织及脑膜瘤,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:AXL在人脑胶质细胞瘤中的表达水平较脑良性肿瘤中高,它的表达与肿瘤的性质有密切的关系。 Objective: To investigate the expression of AXL in removed brain tissue of intracranial decompression,human gliomas,human meningiomas and the significance of AXL expression.Methods:31 tissue samples of glioma,25 tissue samples of meningioma patients and 12 removed brain tissue samples of intracranial decompression were collected and expressions of AXL in these tissue were detected using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:The positive expressions of AXL was found in removed brain tissue of intracranial decompression and human meningiomas tissue and there was no significant difference in expression between them (P〉0.05). The expression of AXL in human gliomas tissue was significantly higher than those in removed brain tissue of intracranial decompression and human meningiomas tissue (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The expression of AXL in human brain malignant tumor is higher than in benign tumor, indicating that AXL expression may be closely related to the nature of tumor.
