摘要
艾滋病的高致死性和快速流行性使它已成为全球重要的公共卫生问题。近年来,国内外学者通过大量的筛选和严格的科学论证,发现中药复方在调节机体免疫功能、抗病毒方面有着较大的潜力,被认为是寻找新的抗艾滋病药物的一条切实可行的途径。作者对近年来中药复方抗艾滋病的药理、药效成果进行综述,以期为开发抗艾滋病中药新药提供参考。
It is the public health problem of high fatal and rapid epidemic of AIDS all over the world. In recently years, domestic and foreign scholars have found that the traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions have the potential function to regulate the immune function and anti-virus by lots of screening and rigorous study which is considered to be the practical way for finding new anti-AIDS drugs. The aim of the article is to summarize pharmacology and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for anti-AIDS to provide evidence for developing anti-AIDS drugs.
