摘要
目的探讨肿瘤科护士在工作中的职业危害因素,了解肿瘤科护士的防护意识及防护现状,通过健康教育减少肿瘤科护士的伤害。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对某医院肿瘤科护士48人进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤科护士职业危害因素较多,接触抗肿瘤药物的职业防护行为较差,标准预防的实施情况较差。结论应加强对护士的职业防护教育,提高防护意识,减少职业危害。
[ Objective ] To discuss the occupational hazards for oncology nurses, to understand the protection awareness and status, and carry out health education to reduce the harm to ontology nurses. [ Methods] Self-designed questionnaire was adopted to perform survey on 48 ontology nurses in a hospital. [ Results] Ontology nurse exposed to a variety of occupational hazards at work, but their occupational protection behaviors and implementation of standard precautions were poor. [ Conclusion ] Occupational protection education should be strengthened to improve oncology nurses＇ protection awareness and reduce the occupational hazards.
