FPGA在焊缝图像处理中的应用研究

摘要 实时图像处理技术在图像的提取与检测中有着广泛的应用。SOPC技术在硬件上对图像进行实时处理是图像处理技术新的发展方向,FPGA是运用SOPC技术进行图像处理的核心器件。针对焊缝图像处理的特点,提出一种基于FPGA的图像处理算法开发平台,将应用于焊缝图像处理中的中值滤波、二值化、边缘检测等算法在FPGA上实现,达到实时处理的要求。使用FPGA处理焊缝图像能够获得较好的处理效果,提高图像的处理速度,减少占用逻辑单元。探讨实时图像处理算法及FPGA的硬件实现为焊接机器人实现实用化和智能化的进一步研究和开发应用提供了良好基础和新的途径。 The real-time image processing technology has been widespread applied in the image extraction and the examination.The real-time image processing that using the SOPC technology carries on the hardware is new development direction of the image processing technology.FPGA is the key component which using the SOPC technology carries on the image processing.In view of the welding joint image processing characteristics,this article proposed one kind of developing platform based on the FPGA image processing algorithms.The weld joint image processing algorithms,such as median filter,binarization, and edge detection in the FPGA, which are carried on the FPGA developing board to meet the real-time requirements.The FPGA welded joint image processing is able to obtain the very good processing effect,accelerate the image processing speed ,reduce usage of the logical unit.The discussions of real-time image processing algorithms and the FPGA hardware implementation have provided a good foundation and a new way for further research of the weld robot to realize its practical and intelligent.
