摘要
用X射线衍射等技术分析了激光合成Al2O3-WO3陶瓷材料,结果表明在激光合成样品中形成柱状晶,而常规工艺和N2气氛中烧结样品不含有柱状晶,柱状晶的成分主要是Al2O3。进一步的分析表明Al2O3-WO3陶瓷合成样品的导电相是AlxWO3。
The result of X ray diffraction analysis shows that Al 2O 3 WO 3 synthesized by CO 2 laser contains Al 2O 3 of columnar crystal, which is not found in Al 2O 3 WO 3 fired by conventional process in air or nitrogen, and the conductive phase is Al xWO 3 with linear resistance temperature characteristic (3 refs )
