摘要
不同的分子生物学实验试剂对果蝇寿命都具有极显著降低的作用.含有20 mmol/L Tris的培养基中的果蝇的成活天数比对照降低了52.4%,含有10 g/L SDS的培养基中的果蝇寿命缩短了73.6%,10 mmol/L的EDTA能使果蝇寿命降低50.1%,含有5 mL/L的酚仿醇分离液的培养基中果蝇平均寿命仅为3.5 d.随着药剂浓度的增加,果蝇的寿命多呈对数曲线下降的趋势.
The results of the experiment show that the reagents in the laboratory course for teaching molecular biology can reduce the life span of Drosophila melanogaster remarkably. The life span of Drosophila melanogaster has 52.4 % decline on the culture medium with 20 mmol/L Tris. And there is 73.6 % decline on the culture medium with 10 g/L SDS. The reagents of 10 mmol/L EDTA can reduce the life span of Drosophila melanogaster 50.1% ,and the 5 mL/L PCS can keep the life span of Drosophila melanogaster 3.5 d. The results show that the life span of Drosophila melanogaster decreases in logarithm with rising of the reagents concentration
