高等教育资源结构优化是一个涉及目标、环境、动力和运行机制等多种因素在内的动态变化过程。这些因素相互作用,共同影响着高等教育资源结构的优化程度、方向和最终实现的效果。高等教育资源结构优化的影响因素包括社会环境的影响、社会阶层的变化、经济的发展、政治的因素,高等学校学科(专业)复制模式的影响和高等学校资源流动障碍的影响。建立合适、有效的高等教育管理机制,其核心在于各种教育资源的结构性优化。
