摘要
简要论述了植物离体组织细胞染色体加倍（相对于整体植株染色体加倍）技术的优点，染色体加倍时的选材、秋水仙素溶液的浓度和处理时间对染色体加倍的影响，以及多倍体的早期辩认方法和最后鉴定技术。最后论及染色体加倍技术在植物育种中的应用和发展前景。
In vitro chromosome doubling of plants has many advantages over the whole plant chromosome doubling. The materials used, the concentrations of colchicine and the treatment duration have great influence on the results of in vitro chromosome doubling,which are reviewed in this paper. Several ways to identify and to determine the ploidy level of plants are listed. Lastly,the significance and trends of in vitro chromosome doubling of plants are also discussed.
