描述了威客的产生和发展、教育威客的产生,分析了教育威客模式下农业院校激励教育措施研究的特殊性,研究教育威客模式下如何通过虚拟积分、组织投标等措施进行农业院校大学生激励教育。改革对于增强农业院校大学生自信心、激发其潜能、提高学习热情、实现大学生自我价值十分有益。
