人乳头状瘤病毒E6/E7mRNA检测宫颈高度病变的临床评价 被引量:15

Detection of HPV E6/E7 mRNA Transcript in High-grade Cervical Lesion:An Evaluation of Diagnostic Accuracy

摘要 目的评价人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)E6/E7 mRNA检测宫颈高度病变的效能。方法用PreTectTMHPV-Proofer检测法检测65例妇女宫颈上皮细胞HPV E6/E7 mRNA转录情况,以液基细胞学检测(LBC)结果为标准评价HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测宫颈高度病变[不能除外高度不典型鳞状细胞(≥ASC-H)]的效能。结果高度组(≥ASC-H组)HPV E6/E7 mRNA转录阳性率(63.6%)高于低度组(<ASC-H组)(28.6%),两组间差异有统计学意义(2χ=5.71,P<0.05);HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测宫颈高度病变的敏感性为63.6%,特异性为77.8%。结论宫颈高度病变与HPV E6/E7 mRNA的转录有关,在宫颈癌筛查中检测HPV E6/E7 mRNA的转录具有潜在价值。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of HPV E6/E7 mRNA detection in high-grade cervical lesion. METHODS Sixty-five women were enrolled and their cervical squamous cell specimens were collected for detecting the transcription of HPV E6/E7 mRNA by PreTectTM HPV-Proofer, and the diagnostic accuracy of HPV E6/E7 mRNA detection in high-grade cervical lesion atypical squamous cells high grade (≥ASC-H) could not exclude high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) was analyzed using liquid based cytology (LBC) result as standard. RESULTS 28.6% women were positive for HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcript in 〈ASC-H group and 63.6% women were positive for HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcript in ≥ASC-H group, there was significant difference between them ( Х^2 = 5.71, P〈 0. 05). The sensitivity and specificity were 63. 6% and 77. 8%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS There is significant correlation between HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcript and high- grade cervical lesion. The detection of HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcript has potential value in cervical cancer screening.
