叶片闭环可控吸气减振技术实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study of the vibration reduction of a blade using closed-loop control air-inhalation technology

摘要 分析了目前的叶片减振技术,设计开发了一种叶片闭环可控吸气减振系统,在叶片振动试验台上完成了对比实验,测试了减振系统的减振效果。实验过程中,系统实时监测叶片的振动情况,当叶片振动超过预先设定的门槛值时,系统自动地采取吸气减振措施,降低叶片振动。实验表明,当叶顶是光滑密封时,减振系统能使叶片振动减少16%;当叶顶是蜂窝密封时,减振系统能使叶片振动减少15.3%。 Current technologies for vibration reduction of blades are analyzed. A vibration reduction system using closed-loop control air-inhalation technology has been developed. Comparative experiments were carried out on a blade vibration experimental rig, and the vibration absorbing ability of the system was tested. During the experiments, blade vibration was monitored in real time, and when the vibrations exceeded the pre-set safety value, the system reduced the vibrations automatically. The results showed that blade vibration was reduced by 16 % when the vibration reduction system was employed in the case of a smooth seal at the tip of blade, and in the ease of using a honeycomb seal, the corresponding value was 15.3 %.
