摘要
蜂窝篦齿是航空发动机中的重要封严结构。蜂窝填充粉末的烧结状态对其封严性能及使用寿命有十分重要的影响。在不同的温度和保护气氛中对蜂窝进行烧结,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和能谱技术研究了烧结温度和烧结气氛对蜂窝烧结状态的影响。结果表明:在烧结过程中镍铝合金粉末发生了扩散,随着烧结温度的升高,粉末颗粒间的粘结程度逐渐增大,不同的烧结气氛对组织结构并无明显影响,并且能够有效地防止氧化物的产生。
Honeycomb segment was an important seal- ing structure of the aero engine. The sintered state of honeycomb filled with alloy powder had great influence on the sealing performance. Honeycomb was sintered in different temperature and different atmosphere. The effects of sintering temperature and sintering atmos- phere on honeycomb were studied by using optical microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that Ni/Al alloy powder had diffusion phenomenon during the sintering process. The combination degree of the alloy powder increased with temperature rising. Different sintering atmosphere had no impact on the microstructure. This led to an effective prevention of the emergence of oxides.
