摘要
此文介绍了戊型肝炎病毒（HEV）的分型、地理分布和抗原表位的研究进展，以期对HEV的诊断方法、疫苗研究、进化和其是否为人畜共患等方面的研究提供依据。
The current research progress on classification, genotype distribution and antigenic epitopes is summarized in order to provide the basis of study in diagnosis, vaccine, evolution and zoonosis of HEV.
