TRAIL在HBV感染所致免疫损伤中的作用研究

摘要 目的观察肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)在HBV感染所致免疫损伤中的作用。方法选择慢性乙肝患者(CHB)20例,乙肝病毒携带者(ASC)20例,正常健康者10例,ELISA检测其血清sTRAIL水平,同时检测血清IFN-γ和ALT水平。结果ASC组和CHB组sTRAIL水平明显高于正常健康组(P(0.01),且CHB组高于ASC组(P(0.01);CHB组IFN-γ水平明显高于正常组和ASC组(P(0.05),而正常组和ASC组之间差异无统计学意义(P(0.05)。在CHB中sTRAIL水平与ALT的值呈正相关(P(0.01)。结论TRAIL在IFN-γ的协同作用下,参与了HBV感染所致的免疫损伤,在HBV感染所致免疫损伤中起重要作用。 Objective To explore the effect of TRAIL on the immunolesion in patientswith chronic hepatitis B. Methods The serum level of sTRAIL of 20 patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) and 20 patients with asymptomatic HBV carriage (ASC) and 10 healthy people was determined by specific ELISA, while the serum level of IFN - 3, and ALT was determined. Results The level of TRAIL of CHB group and ASC group were higher than that of normal group (P 〈 0. 01), while the level of TRAIL of CHB group were higher than that of ASC ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The level of IFN y of CHB group were higher than that of healthy people and ASC(P 〈 0. 05). In the CHB group, the expression level of sTRAIL was positively related to the ALT value(P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion With the cooperation of IFN -γ, TRAIL probably plays a key role on the immunolesion in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
