sTRAIL、核小体及抗核小体抗体在SLE疾病活动中的作用

摘要 目的探讨血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(sTRAIL)、外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)裂解释放的核小体及其抗核小体抗体(AnuA)水平与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)疾病活动的相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测60例SLE患者核小体水平及血清中sTRAIL、AnuA水平,并与其他指标进行相关性分析。结果SLE患者上述指标均明显升高,活动期明显高于稳定期和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),sTRAIL水平与SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)积分呈正相关,与淋巴细胞计数呈负相关;核小体水平与SLEDAI积分、抗双链DNA抗体、AnuA水平呈显著正相关,与补体C3、C4水平呈负相关。AnuA增高者血清sTRAIL平均水平亦显著增高(P<0.05)。结论sTRAIL参与了SLE疾病活动,其可能机制为诱导淋巴细胞凋亡,致相应的核小体及AnuA水平增高。 Objective To investigate the effect of sTRAIL,nucleosome and anti-nucleosome antibodies(AnuA) on disease activity in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Sixty patients with SLE and 20 healthy controls were enlisted.Concerntration of serum sTRAIL,AnuA and nucleosomes released from peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) were assayed by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The mean serum concertration of sTRAIL,nucleosome and AnuA were significantly higher in active SLE patients th...
