摘要 脑缺血是因脑血流减少而影响脑细胞形态和功能的一种中枢神经系统疾病。越来越多的证据表明,脊髓电刺激能够增加脑血流,有望成为一种治疗脑缺血的有效方法。文章综述了脊髓电刺激治疗脑缺血的研究进展及存在的问题。 Cerebral ischemia is one of the diseases of the central nervous system,which is harmful to the morphology and function of brain cells due to reduced cerebral blood flow.Increasingly more reports have demonstrated that spinal cord stimulation could augment the cerebral blood flow,which is expected to be a potential method for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.In this article,the research progress and related problems of spinal cord stimulation for the treatment of cerebral ischemia are reviewed.
