摘要 目的观察二苯乙烯苷对大鼠血栓形成及血液流变学的影响。方法用动静脉旁路方法建立大鼠体外血栓模型,用冰水冷刺激加肾上腺素应激法建立大鼠血栓模型,观察二苯乙烯苷静脉给药5,10,20 mg/kg对大鼠血栓和血液流变学影响。结果二苯乙烯苷明显降低大鼠血液粘度,抑制血栓形成。结论二苯乙烯苷可有效用于抗血栓,改善血液流变学指标。 Objective To observe the effects of tetrahydroxystilbene-glucoside(THSG) on the formation of thrombus and hemorheology of acute blood stasis in rats.Methods The acute blood stasis model was made by immersing the rat intoice-water with hypodermic injection of adrenalin hydrochloride and then treated with THSG 5,10,20mg/kg.The parameters of hemorheology was measured.Results THSG could significantly reduce the viscosities of the whole blood and plasma;inhibit the formation of experimental thrombus in rats. Conclusion THSG has activity of anti -thrombosis. It can improve the hemorheological parameters in acute blood stasis rats.
