摘要
通过正态水流物理模型与遥控自航船模相结合的方法,研究富春江船闸扩建改造工程平面布置方案,首先阐述了设计方案下游引航道口门区航道的通航水流条件及工程对电站发电和防洪安全的影响,详细分析了影响口门区水流条件的各个因素,然后针对设计方案在通航水流条件的不足,通过采取多种改善通航水流条件的有效措施,提出了满足船舶航行条件,同时又不影响电厂发电和防洪安全的平面布置方案。
Based on the method of combining the normal scale physical model with the remote control self- propelled ship model, the plan layout optimization of ship lock extension project in Fuchun River was analyzed. The influence of the project and navigation flow condition at the entrance of downstream approach channel on electric energy and flood control was expounded firstly, then several kinds of factors which can influence the flow condition at the entrance area of approach channel were analyzed in detail.To overcome the shortcomings of the design plan, a layout plan was proposed to meet the requirement on navigational flow condition according to the various improving measures without affecting flood prevention and benefit of generate electricity.
