摘要
以南阳市唐河复航工程中水台子枢纽船闸新建工程为背景,通过建立1:30船闸输水系统整体物理模型,针对船舶停放于上闸首闸室连接段时出现的船舶系缆力超标问题进行试验、优化研究。研究成果表明:(1)双列船舶并排停放时,试验代表船舶所受前横向系缆力不满足规范要求;(2)设计方案下当船舶双列并排停放于闸室上游段时,船艏位于出水明沟正上方,出流剩余能量大且出流后水流扩散不充分,使得船舶所受前横向系缆力过大,结合试验各项水力指标,提出通过在上闸首闸室连接段双出水明沟内增设消力槛的优化措施;(3)优化方案中消力槛的设置,有效改善了船闸上闸首出水口水流条件,降低了试验代表船型所受各向系缆力;(4)优化后的船闸输水系统基本满足设计、规范要求。
Based on the re-navigable project of Tanghe,the 1:30 overall physical model was used to study and optimize the upper lock head structure.When two ships berthed abreast at upstream lock chamber in the designing scheme,the front transverse mooring force was greater than the mooring force of the single ship berthed obviously.At the same time,the bigger residual energy of outflow and insufficient diffusion of energy caused the front transverse mooring force beyond the index.By adding energy dissipater in the double open trench of the upper lock head,the outflow condition was improved and the mooring forces were reduced.The optimization scheme of filling and emptying system can meet the requirements of the design code basically.
