摘要
广东某热电厂烟气脱硫(flue gas desulphurization,FGD)系统工艺用水量很大,为此,尝试将锅炉补给水系统的废水回用于FGD系统以降低水耗,但因FGD系统的工艺水品质要求较高,锅炉补给水系统的废水需进行处理方可回用于FGD系统。在分析了FGD系统工艺水的品质以及锅炉补给水系统废水的水质指标、废水处理原理、废水处理工艺流程的基础上,阐述了将锅炉补给水系统废水回用于脱硫工艺水的实现方法,以工业水和废水混兑,使水质达到要求,给出了在纯凝结水工况下和抽气工况下的混兑量。
The process water consumption of flue gas desulfurization(FGD)system in a cogeneration power plant in Guangdong,China is great.Therefore,an attempt is made to reduce the water consumption by reusing the wastewater of boiler makeup water system to FGD system.Due to the strict requirement on the process water quality of FGD system,however,the wastewater of boiler makeup water system should be treated before reuse.Based on analyzing the process water quality of FGD system as well as the wastewater quality indices, wastewater treating principle and process of boiler makeup water system, the realizing method of reusing the wastewater of boiler makeup water system as desulfurization process water is expounded, which qualifies water quality by mixing industrial water and wastewater. The mixing quantities under the conditions of pure condensate and steam bleeding are offered.
