摘要
20世纪末生命科技的迅速发展,对传统的伦理观念带来了巨大的挑战,迫切需要构建适应生命科技发展的伦理观。在儒学视野下探讨生命科技伦理观的构建不仅十分必要,而且具有重要意义。"仁爱"、"以义制利"以及"天人合一"等宝贵思想资源,分别从人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系三个层面,对构建生命科技伦理观,具有重要启示意义。
The rapid development in life science and technology by the end of 20th century, presents great challenges to traditional ethics. It is exigent to construct an appropriate ethical system conforming to the development of life science and technology. It is also necessary to study such construction from the perspective of Confucianism, whose views such as ＂benevolence＂, ＂profitableness confined by righteousness＂, ＂harmony between the heaven and human＂ play a positive and important role in guiding the relationship among human beings, between man and society and man and nature. The paper finally outlines the basic themes of bioethies of life science and technology consistent with Confucianism.
