摘要
冶金装备现代化支撑了中国钢铁工业的快速发展,这是引进先进装备并再创新、自主集成能力提高和政府引导发挥重要作用的综合效果。但是因缺乏有效的创新机制、企业间技术壁垒、成套装备自主集成体系不够完整、前沿技术研发乏力,使中国冶金装备自主研发能力不足。世界冶金装备研发方向绿色化、装备能力大型化、控制手段精准化、设计研制数字化和设备运行高度可靠的发展趋势应引起高度重视。中国必须加强关键、共性、前沿技术创新平台的建设,加强产学研联盟建设,加强政策支持和发展规划建设才能实现冶金装备行业的振兴发展。
Rapid development has been achieved in Chinese steel industry due to the modern metallurgical equipment, and this is an all-around result of the re-innovation for introduced advance equipment, improvement of independent integration ability and important government guidance. However, the independent research ability of metallurgical equipment in China is poor by reasons of lacking innovation mechanism, technique barriers among industries, un-complete independent integrated system and poor advanced technology research. We should pay high attention to the research of world metallurgical equipment in terms of greening, lager equipment capacity, precise control, digital design and high reliability of running. The development of metallurgical equipment industry depend on the innovation platform construction of key, common and advanced technology, union foundation of production, study and research, and also need the enhance policy support and planned development.
