摘要
通过对我国物流企业专业人才存量和供需矛盾的分析,总结出物流专业人才培养策略应主要放在企业培训与开发上。尤其是在金融危机环境下,更好地制定人才培训与开发策略,对企业的发展与成功起着决定性作用。
Analyzing the reserve, supply and demand contradiction of logistics enterprise's professional personnel in China, the paper considers that training strategy of logistics qulified personnel should lay in enterprise training and development, especially in the environment of financial crisis, the determination of qualified personnel training and development strategy plays a decisive role in the development and success of enterprises.
