鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究腺样体切除对儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗的意义。方法儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大46例,随机分为2组;治疗组在药物治疗的同时切除肥大的腺样体;对照组行单纯药物治疗,观察2组转归情况。结果治疗后1个月治疗组有效率为92.59%,对照组有效率为78.95%。差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.32P=0.392)。治疗后13个月治疗组有效率为85.19%,对照组有效率为52.63%。差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.5P=0.008)。结论儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大的患儿,治疗除系统的药物治疗外还要行腺样体切除,可提高疗效,尤其是远期疗效显著。
