摘要
根据文献报导及实测数据对正火、调质及正火后预应变三种状态下４５钢的疲劳寿命进行分析并采用新的应力疲劳公式进行拟合，得到了它们的ＳＮ表达式。结果表明：调质４５钢的疲劳性能优于正火４５钢。微量的预应变会降低正火４５钢的疲劳性能。
The fatigue data obtained for 0.45 steel subjected to normalizing,quenching tem pering,normalizing prestretching were found to fit well into a stress fatigue formula.Their expressions of S N curve were given in this paper.The results show that the fatigue property of 45 steel subject to quenching tempering excelled the normalizing one.The fatigue life of 45 normalied steel would be decreased by prestretching.
