摘要
用摩擦磨损试验机测定了油润滑下0.8%La_2O_3-5%Mo_2Si_3/MoSi_2复合材料与不同钢材配副时的摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电镜分析了磨损表面形貌,探讨了其磨损机理。结果表明:油润滑条件下,复合材料与调质45钢、淬火45钢和CrWMn钢配副时,摩擦因数均在0.1以下,磨损率均低于10^(-3)mm^3·min^(-1);与CrWMn钢配副时具有最低的摩擦因数和磨损率;复合材料与调质、淬火45钢对磨时的磨损机理为磨粒磨损,与CrWMn钢对磨时的为磨粒磨损和点蚀。
Friction and wear properties of 0. 8% La2O3-Mo5Si3/MoSi2 composites against different steels were determined by a friction and wear tester under oil lubrication. The worwout surface was observed by using scanning electron microscopy, and the wear mechanism was discussed. The results show that the friction coefficient was below 0.1 when the composite grinding with quenched and tempered 45 steel, quenched steel and CrWMn steel, and the wear rate of composites was below 10-3 mm3 . min-1. The friction coefficient and wear rate when composites grinding with CrWMn steel were the lowest. The wear mechanism of the composites grinding with quenched and tempered 45 steel and quenched steel was abrasive wear, and when grinding with CrWMn steel, the wear mechanism was abrasive wear and spot corrosion.
