摘要
对NiMn粉末触媒的基本物理化学特征及其高温高压金刚石合成应用进行了初步研究,讨论了该粉末触媒中孔隙对触媒合成金刚石效果的影响。结果表明:NiMn粉末触媒为单相固溶体合金,有较好的催溶性能,其熔点低,适用于合成细颗粒人造金刚石。
A NiMn powder catalyst for diamond synthesis has been investigated using Xray diffraction and SEM. The effect of the pores in the catalyst on the diamond synthesis is discussed. It is found that the NiMn powder catalyst is a homogeneous solid solution, which can improve the solubility of the graphite, thereby allowing the diamond crystals to synthesize at lower temperature. The catalyst is suitabile for synthesizing small grain diamonds.
