摘要
本文研究了Fe、Fe基和含Fe触媒合成金刚石的温度压力条件及所合成的金刚石的质量,并与Ni基触媒作了比较。通过对多种含少量元素触媒的研究,探讨了某些添加元素在合成金刚石中的某些作用。
The temperature and pressure conditions for synthesis of diamonds were studied using iron, iron-based and iron-bearing alloys as catalysts, and compared with those required using nickel-based catalysts, with an emphasis on the effect of synthesis conditions and of minor elements addition to the catalysts on the quality of diamond synthesized.
