企业社会责任战略研究 被引量:8

摘要 伴随经济全球化的进程和企业社会责任运动在全球范围的不断展开,如何将企业社会责任及其管理上升到企业战略管理的层次来进行研究与实践成为理论研究与企业实践要求的必然。本文分析了企业社会责任与企业竞争优势之间的关系,尝试提出企业社会责任战略的概念及其战略模式演化模型,并且较为系统地阐述了企业社会责任战略的战略管理过程。本文认为企业执行企业社会责任战略的过程,是企业以社会责任竞争力形成竞争优势的过程,也是企业实现与社会共同可持续发展的过程。企业社会责任战略与企业发展战略的有机整合,将成为未来企业经营管理的大方向。
