摘要
大学生医疗保险是社会医疗保险制度的重要组成部分。文章对美、英、德、法等4国大学生医疗保险制度进行了比较研究,并在此基础上提出了对我国大学生医疗保险制度建立和完善有益的借鉴和启示,包括:完善多层次的大学生医疗保障体系,大学生社会医疗保险试行全国统筹,健全大学生医疗保险经办管理机制等。
Medical insurance system for college students is an important part of social medical insurance system. The medical insurance system for college students in the United States, Britain, Germany and France was comparatively studied, based on which, enlightenment was obtained for Chinese medical insurance system. The measures included developing multi - level medical security system, implementing national coordination, and perfecting management mechanisms, and so on.
