摘要
本文通过对我国城镇社会保障制度的核心:养老保险、失业保险和医疗保险的现状进行介绍,并进一步分析了它们存在的问题和面临的趋势,提出完善我国城镇养老保险、失业保险和医疗保险的的改革思路,实现我国城镇社会保障制度的“减震器”和“安全网”作用。
This article analyzed the oldage insurance, the unemployment insurance and the medical insurance which are our country cities social security systems core; introduced its present situation; and further analyzed its difficult and tendency at present; proposed the reform measure of our country cities oldage insurance, the unemployment insurance and the medical insurance, so as to realize the function of ＂the shock absorber＂ and ＂the safety net＂ in the cities social security systems in our country.
