无产阶级政党的思想政治工作是：“党用科学的理论引导人民群众认识自身的利益，使之自觉地为实现自身的利益而奋斗的思想教育活动．”这个定义说明了党的思想政治工作一定能够被人民群众所接受的客观依据。
The ideological and political work of the proletarian party is ： ＂The ideological education activities in which the party leads people to be aware of their benefit with the scientific theory ,and makes them fight for their benefit consciously .＂This definition illustrates the objective evidence that the ideological and political work of the party is sure to be accepted by the people.
