高校学生思想教育“隐性疲软”的成因及对策

摘要 高校学生思想教育 ,常常是轰轰烈烈的思想教育活动搞了不少 ,但收效甚微 ,有人称之为“隐性疲软”。究其主要原因 ,就是目前高校学生思想教育从内容、方法乃至指导思想 ,与不断变化着的宏观教育环境、微观教育对象现实状况不适应。为此 ,我们必须在全面、深入地分析把握教育环境和教育对象动态变化的基础上 ,从指导思想入手 ,排除一切干扰 ,真正确立思想教育的首要地位 ,努力发挥其主导作用。同时切实尊重教育对象的主体地位 ,变被动为主动 ,积极发挥教育对象的主体作用 ;在教育过程中 ,重视教育内容和方式的层次性 ,注意优化教育资源的配置 ,协调各种教育力量和教育活动的整合 。 In college and university ideological education, quite a few activities are done vigorously among students, but with little effect. Some educators call this phenomenon “Latent Ineffectiveness”. The major reason for this is that the contents, methods, even the guiding ideas are not suitable for the present condition of the ever changing macro educational environment and the micro educational objects. Therefore, we must try to establish the leading status of ideological education and exert its dominant function on the basis of analyzing and mastering roundly and deeply the dynamic change of the educational environment and educational objects; meanwhile, we must esteem the principal status of the educatees and bring into play their principal part function. In the course of ideological education, we must attach importance to the arrangement of educational contents and methods, pay attention to the reasonable disposition of educational resources, and coordinate the integrated function of various educational forces and activities with the purpose to start a new phase of ideological education to students in colleges and universities.
