摘要
对6例人胎鼻咽粘膜与耳垂皮下淋巴毛细管的超微结构进行观察研究,将该处淋巴毛细管的细胞间连结的结构与类型作了定量分析。观察结果:在鼻咽粘膜淋巴毛细管中,开放型、并有重叠状与毗连状结构的连结,其数量较之耳垂皮下者明显为多。鼻咽粘膜淋巴毛细管的这种特点可能与鼻咽癌早期淋巴道转移有关。因为很显然肿瘤细胞比较容易通过这些连接而形成肿瘤浸润。当然,肿瘤浸润与转移的机制与很多因素有关,本组由于材料不多,仅提供实验结果作为探讨。
The ultrastructural characteristcs of the lymphatic capillaries in nasopharynx and those in auricular lobule of human fetus wereinvestigated. A quantitative analysis was conducted on the types and structures of the endothelial inter cellular junctions of the lymphatic capillaries both in the nasopharynx and the auricular lobule. The open junctions and structures in overlapping and abutting forms have been found much more in the lymphatic capillaries in the nasopharynx than those in the auricular lobule. This might be a plausible explanation for the early lymphatic metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, because, evidently, tumor cells infiltrate much easily through open junctons, overlapping and abutting structures. The mechanisms of tumor infiltration and metastasis involves many factors. The ultrastructural characteristics of the nasopharyngeal lymphatics may be one of them in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
