绩效考核导致的员工反生产行为及其控制 被引量:10

摘要 本文在分析绩效考核作用两面性的基础上,探讨了绩效考核可能导致的员工反生产行为,揭示了绩效考核对员工反生产行为的作用机制,提出了两类绩效考核造成反生产行为的控制措施。
