摘要
区域体育用品制造产业集群为企业和区域提供了强大的竞争力,但区域体育用品制造产业集群处于全球价值链上的低端环节,本身面临着升级的问题。文章基于全球价值链理论分析框架,结合前人研究成果,系统分析了区域体育用品制造产业集群治理主体、治理模式、价值链驱动力及一般升级方式。认为当前区域体育用品制造产业集群主要面临着创新能力不足和获取价值能力不足两方面的问题;最后通过实证方法,以晋江体育用品制造产业集群为例,提出了区域体育用品制造产业集群基于市场控制能力、技术创新能力及市场控制能力与技术创新能力相组合三种集群的动态升级路径。
