摘要
目的在产科实施"一贯制"责任护理模式,探讨该模式对提高孕产妇对护理工作满意度的效果以及对产妇产后常见健康问题的影响。方法对孕产妇实施"一贯制"责任护理模式,并于模式实施后,采用孕产妇对产科护理工作满意度量表对孕产妇进行问卷调查;收集产妇产后尿潴留、奶胀发生率,以及出院时、产后6周时的母乳喂养率等资料;采用母乳喂养知识知晓情况量表调查产妇母乳喂养知识知晓情况。结果"一贯制"责任护理模式的孕产妇满意度为93.1%(139.67/150);产后尿潴留、奶胀的发生率较低,分别为0.9%,18.7%;母乳喂养率及母乳喂养知识知晓率分别是98.7%和89.9%。结论"一贯制"责任护理是一种先进的护理模式,明显提高孕产妇对产科护理工作的满意度,同时大大减轻产妇产后的常见问题,具有很高的母乳喂养率,该模式值得在产科推广。
Objective To explore the effect of the whole-course accountability nursing care system for hospitalized pregnant and postpartum on their satisfaction in the nursing and its influence on their related common health problems. Methods After the adopting of the whole-course nursing system, a survey was made with the hospitalized pregnant and postpartum by means of the questionnaire concerning their satisfaction in the nursing care, and data such as the incidences of post-delivery urinary retention and breast distention, and the breast feeding at the time of discharge and 6 weeks after the delivery. And a survey was made with them as to their understanding of breast feeding knowledge. Results Their satisfaction in the nursing care registered 93.1% （139.67/150）; the rates of incidences of urinary retention and breast distention were low, 0.9% and 18.7%, respectively; the rates of breast feeding and understanding of the breast feeding knowledge were 98.7% and 89.9%, respectively. Gonclusion Whole-course accountability nursing care system can markedly increase pregnant and postpartum women＇s satisfaction in the nursing, lower the incidence of the common post-delivery problems, brings a high rate of breast feeding, and is thus worth popularization in the obstetrical department.
