摘要
以VC磷酸酯为VC源,将平均体重为21.3g的黄鳝(Monopterus albus Zuiew)投以VC添加量分别为0.0、50.0、100.0、200.0、400.0、600.0、800.0mg/kg的试验饲料,在(22.0±3.0)℃水温下饲养60d,以探讨不同VC添加水平对黄鳝生长和抗病力的影响。结果显示,饲料中的VC添加量为50.0mg/kg时,其4周和8周的存活率与对照组相比有显著的差异,但与其它各组间没有明显差异。虽然从饲料系数和蛋白质效率看,各组间都没有明显的差异,但黄鳝肝胰脏中VC的含量随着饲料中VC添加量的增加而增加。而从其对非特异性免疫因子的影响看,饲料中V最佳添加量在150.0~200.0mg/kg之间。
In order to observe the effect of Vitamin C on growth and non-specific immune of rice field eel(Monopterus albus Zuiew),fish with average body weight of 21.3 g were selected and fed with diets added asorbic acid polyphosphate(Vitamin C added concentration was 0.0,50.0,100.0,200.0,400.0,600.0,800.0 mg/kg respectively) at water temperature being(22.0±3.0) ℃ for 60 d.The results showed that when Vitamin C added concentration in the diet were 50.0 mg/kg,there were obviously difference existed in the survival rate of rice field eel fed for 4 weeks ang 8 weeks compared with control groups(0.0 mg/kg),but there are no significant difference existed in that of the other group.There are no significant difference existed in the minimal feed coefficient and protein efficiency ratio among each group,but the VC concentration in hepatopancreas of rice field eel was enhanced along with the enhance of Vitamin C added concentration in the diet.When the Vitamin C added concentration in the diet was from 150 mg/kg to 200 mg/kg,the values of phagocytic activity and antibectera activity were higher.
