摘要
采用室内水族箱养殖,通过150d的生长试验,对黄斑鳝、青黄斑鳝、青斑鳝3种不同体色的黄鳝(Monopterus albus)的生长速度进行了比较研究。结果表明:绝对增重、增重倍数、体重绝对生长率均以黄斑鳝最高,分别为27.6g、2.88、1.84g/d;青黄斑鳝次之,分别为22.4g、2.33、1.49g/d;青斑鳝最低,分别为15.5g、1.58、1.03g/d。黄斑鳝的生长速度较青黄斑鳝和青斑鳝均存在显著差异(P<0.05),青黄斑鳝与青斑鳝之间的生长差异也显著(P<0.05)。
A comparative study on the growth of Monopterus albus of three different body colours(livedo eel,green finless eel and macular eel) was conducted.Three strains of M.albus were sampled and cultured in aquatic tanks.The growth experiment had been conducted for 150 days and the results showed that the macular eel had the highest absolute weight gain,weight gain multiple and growth rate which were respectively 27.6 g,2.88 and 1.84 g/d,the green finless eel took second place,which were 22.4 g,2.33 and 1.49 g/d,then the livedo eel was the lowest,which were 15.5 g,1.58 and 1.03 g/d.The growth speed of macular eel had a significant difference with livedo eel and green finless eel(P<0.05),the growth of green finless eel had a significant difference with livedo eel(P<0.05).
