摘要
用半经典理论分析了含多勒普加宽的斯塔克效应调制。使用密度矩阵近似,导出了吸收线附近NH3分子的吸收系数和调制度表达式。实验研究了10.784μm波长的斯塔克效应调制特性,调制频率1MHz时,调制度达到33%。
Theory of Stark effect modulation with Doppler broadening is analyzed by the semiclassical theory. Using a density matrix approach the absorption coefficient and modulation depth of NH 3 molecular near an absorption line has been formulated. The characteristic of Stark effect modulations at 10.784 μm was experimentally investigated, modulation depth of 33% at 1 MHz was measured.
