摘要
我国自2000年开始,地质公园快速发展起来,但由于投资主要靠政府推动,在国家财力有限的情况下,资金成了制约地质公园进一步发展的瓶颈,我国地质公园建设之融资,可以借鉴国际上基础设施建设领域项目融资的几种成熟方式,并防范各种融资方式所带来的风险,采取积极有效的措施,对投资渠道加以拓展和保障,以保障地质公园建设的顺利发展。
China's geological parks mainly depend on the limited national finance,so funding constraints have become the bottleneck for further development of geological parks.The paper introduces some methods for ensuring the smooth development of geological park construction:drawing on the several international mature ways of project financing in the area of infrastructure construction,taking precautions against the risks caused by various financing methods,adopting positive and effective measures to expand and ensure the investment channels.
