摘要
以广州大学城华南理工大学体育馆为例,对平行四边形底面大跨度双曲组合扭壳屋盖结构体系的设计与施工进行探讨。在屋盖结构体系设计中,利用有限元程序对组合扭壳的抗风性能、抗震性能、整体稳定性进行详细分析,并且有效地解决了壳体中的应力控制问题。在组合扭壳屋盖施工中,针对屋盖结构相对复杂的特点,利用空间坐标精确测量定位、预应力孔道真空辅助灌浆、大跨度曲面屋盖混凝土浇筑等施工新技术,还讨论了内架支撑体系的支设与拆除方法,着重阐述具体施工步骤与措施。工程实践表明:利用简单实用的技术手段,可以取得良好的综合效益。通过对大跨度双曲组合扭壳屋盖结构的设计与施工的详细讨论,总结出成功经验,为今后类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。
The design and construction of long-span reinforced concrete roof of hyperbolic paraboloid combined torsion shell roof with parallelogram bottom surface projection are discussed, taking as an example with the South China Technology University Gymnasium in the University City of Guangzhou. Using FEA, the wind-resistance performance, seismic resistance performance and stability of the hyperbolic paraboloid combined shell structure are analyzed and the problem of stress control of the shell is solved efficiently in the design. New construction technology, such as spatial accurate measurement location, vacuum aided grouting for prestressed duct, concrete pouring for large span roof with curved surface, are employed in the construction, and the installation and removal of formwork for an inner support system is also considered in the design.
