摘要
骨肉瘤是一种相对耐药的肿瘤,单药化疗的效果不甚理想,而且某些药物单用时所产生的严重不良反应,成为临床中行骨肉瘤化疗的障碍和难题。紫杉醇由于其独特的抗癌机制和广谱、高活性的抗癌效果,已成为世界各国近年来抗癌药研究的热点;而咖啡因作为一种生物调节剂,在多种药物的化疗中具有增效作用。以上两种药物,由于其不同的作用机制,以及在克服骨肉瘤化疗耐药方面的优势,使学者对这两种药物的联合应用有所期待。
Osteosarcoma is a kind of bone tumor with high grade malignancy and high mortality rate.At present,chemo-treatment is regarded as the standard mode for osteosarcoma treatment.However,osteosarcoma is relatively drug-fast,and the effect of chemo-treatment with a single drug is not good.Moreover,the untoward effects produced by some drugs which are used singly,become the obstacle and puzzle of clinical chemo-treatment of osteosarcoma.Taxol is a new kind of anticancer drug which arises in recent years.Because of its unique anticancer mechanism,broad-spectrum and high-activity anticancer effect,taxol has become the research hotspot over the world in recent years.Caffeine,as a kind of biologic regulator,has synergistic effect with a lot of drugs which are used in chemo-treatment.Because these two kinds of drugs have different mechanism of action and have advantages in overcoming drug-tolerance in chemo-treatment of osteosarcoma,we look forward to the association effect of the two kinds of drugs.
