摘要
介绍紫外成像仪将CCD传感器成像后的可见光和紫外光图像进行融合叠加在一起,以检测电晕和清楚地显示放电点精确位置的原理,分析观测距离、观测角度、设备增益、气压与温度、湿度、电焊干扰、污秽等外界条件对紫外成像仪检测结果产生的影响,针对这些影响条件给出防范外界条件对检测结果影响的建议。
This paper introduces the ultraviolet imaging meter principle,which syncretize the visible light image and ultraviolet light image after CCD sensor imaging.This paper analyses and researches the influences of external condition on test result,from the aspects of observation distance,observation angle,equipment plus,air pressure,temperature,humidity,electric welding interference,dirtiness and so on,and also presents suggestions to keep the badness influences away.
